Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Effective as of September 9, 2024, our return policy has been extended from 14 days to 30 days. If you purchased your item within 30 days prior to this date, you are entitled to the updated policy. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, please follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the account page and log in to your Coway account.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on the "Request Return" button. Please note that “Request Return” button is only active within 30 days from the day on which you receive the item.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
RETURN SHIPPING TERMS
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
However, it’s essential to note that returns for reasons deemed ineligible or not in accordance with the criteria will not qualify for complimentary return shipping. In such instances, the return shipping fee, set at 6.50€, becomes the customer's responsibility. This amount will be deducted from the refund value. Your understanding in upholding the integrity of our return process is greatly appreciated.
